Get one of a worker's documents

Returns a single document held against a worker in your own agency.

This is the record, not the file: what it was called, when it was uploaded and by whom. The file itself cannot be downloaded through the API.

A document that belongs to a different worker, or to another agency, returns 404 rather than 403, so its existence is never disclosed.

Access. Requires a client-credentials access token. Tokens issued through the interactive user login are rejected.
