Removes a Driver CPC training period from a worker in your own agency.

This is permanent, and it takes the modules with it. A module is recorded against the period rather than against the worker, so it has nowhere to live once the period is gone. Neither table carries a soft-delete column.

A period that belongs to a different worker, or to another agency, returns 404 rather than 403, so its existence is never disclosed.

Access. Requires a client-credentials access token. Tokens issued through the interactive user login are rejected.
