Removes a Driver CPC entitlement from a worker in your own agency.

This is permanent. The record carries no soft-delete column. An expired entitlement is part of the worker’s CPC history and belongs where it is; use this for one recorded in error.

A record that belongs to a different worker, or to another agency, returns 404 rather than 403, so its existence is never disclosed.

Access. Requires a client-credentials access token. Tokens issued through the interactive user login are rejected.
