Returns one driving conviction code by id. The DVLA endorsement codes that can be recorded against a driver.

Driving conviction codes are platform-wide, so an id means the same driving conviction code for every agency.

An id that does not match a driving conviction code returns 404.

Access. Requires an authenticated token. No further policy is applied.
