Remove a conviction from a worker's licence

Removes a conviction recorded against one of a worker’s licences in your own agency.

This is permanent. The record carries no soft-delete column, so there is nothing to restore. A conviction that has expired is part of the licence history and belongs where it is; use this for one recorded in error.

A conviction that belongs to a different licence, a different worker, or another agency returns 404 rather than 403, so its existence is never disclosed.

Access. Requires a client-credentials access token. Tokens issued through the interactive user login are rejected.
